We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in the Asset Management team by performing financial analysis and helping to drive strategic decision-making across the firm’s portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to real estate management within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property performance, including leasing activity, capital expenditures, and operating results.

• Maintain and update asset-level financial models and business plans.

• Track key performance indicators across the portfolio and identify opportunities for operational improvements or value enhancement.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and third-party consultants to support ongoing asset strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience in real estate, investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role.

• Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and Argus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for real estate and interest in long-term career growth within the industry.
