Associate - Acquisitions
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the Acquisitions team by performing financial analysis, conducting market research, and helping to drive strategic decision-making across the firm’s portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate investing within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite potential investment opportunities, including office, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
Prepare financial models, sensitivity analyses, and investment memos.
Conduct market, demographic, and competitive research to support investment theses.
Assist in due diligence, including lease audits, third-party report reviews, and coordination with legal and capital partners.
Support the team in deal tracking, pipeline management, and transaction execution.
Flex into Asset Management team support as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
MBA in Real Estate Finance not required but recommended.
Experience in real estate acquisitions.
Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel and Argus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for real estate and interest in long-term career growth within the industry.
